I am currently a Professor at the Department of Informatics at the Federal University of Paraná - UFPR, Brazil. My studies are focused on Machine Learning, mainly applied to Smart Cities and Concept Drifts.

I am a researcher at the Data Science & Big Data research group. The Laboratory of Data Science & Big Data was created in 2018 and it is part of the Department of Informatics (DInf) and Department of Statistics (DEst) of the Federal University of Parana (UFPR).
