Ele aborda quest\u00f5es como a detec\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de vagas de estacionamento, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas congestionadas com ve\u00edculos e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes, como o tempo de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas vi\u00e1rias espec\u00edficas em \u00e1reas urbanas.<\/p><p>As solu\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas neste projeto poderiam, por exemplo, auxiliar na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dos motoristas para a vaga de estacionamento mais pr\u00f3xima dispon\u00edvel, economizando tempo e combust\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, essas solu\u00e7\u00f5es abrem a possibilidade de criar novas oportunidades de neg\u00f3cios, como cobran\u00e7a automatizada com base na dura\u00e7\u00e3o que um ve\u00edculo ocupa Diferente de abordagens tradicionais que buscam linhas pintadas no ch\u00e3o, nossa t\u00e9cnica utiliza uma rede de segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o por inst\u00e2ncia para detectar ve\u00edculos e gerar um &#8216;Mapa de Calor&#8217; baseado na ocorr\u00eancia. O sistema \u00e9 capaz de <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-56\">aprender todo o layout do estacionamento observando apenas um \u00fanico dia de opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,0,3\">, identificando as \u00e1reas onde ve\u00edculos permanecem estacionados com frequ\u00eancia e desenhando automaticamente os limites das vagas. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,0,5\"><span class=\"citation-55\">Os testes mostraram uma precis\u00e3o de at\u00e9 <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-55\">95,6% (AP25)<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,0,7\">, sendo eficaz at\u00e9 mesmo em estacionamentos sem demarca\u00e7\u00e3o vis\u00edvel ou com ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular.<\/span><\/p><p>As solu\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas neste projeto poderiam, por exemplo, auxiliar na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dos motoristas para a vaga de estacionamento mais pr\u00f3xima dispon\u00edvel, economizando tempo e combust\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, essas solu\u00e7\u00f5es abrem a possibilidade de criar <strong>novas oportunidades de neg\u00f3cios<\/strong>, como cobran\u00e7a automatizada com base na dura\u00e7\u00e3o que um ve\u00edculo ocupa uma vaga de estacionamento espec\u00edfica.<\/p><p>No v\u00eddeo abaixo, voc\u00ea pode observar o sistema em a\u00e7\u00e3o, empregando uma fus\u00e3o de redes de segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o por inst\u00e2ncia e processamento de imagem para processar automaticamente imagens de um dia t\u00edpico de trabalho. Para mitigar esse gargalo, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 processar os dados na pr\u00f3pria borda (<i>edge<\/i>), enviando apenas informa\u00e7\u00f5es leves para o servidor.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"657\">Para mitigar esse problema, os pesquisadores propuseram um modelo <strong data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"478\">Teacher-Student<\/strong>, onde modelos <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"504\">Teacher<\/strong> (mais complexos) geram pseudo-r\u00f3tulos para treinar vers\u00f5es <strong data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"575\">Student<\/strong> (mais leves), que podem ser implementadas diretamente em dispositivos de borda.<\/p><p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"884\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Os resultados mostram que os modelos <strong data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"707\">Student<\/strong>, mesmo com <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"748\">26 vezes menos par\u00e2metros<\/strong>, superaram os <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"774\">Teacher<\/strong>, alcan\u00e7ando <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"808\">96,6% de precis\u00e3o<\/strong>, tornando a abordagem mais eficiente e escal\u00e1vel para cidades inteligentes.<\/p><p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"884\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Um dado not\u00e1vel desta pesquisa \u00e9 a valida\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade dos &#8220;pseudo-r\u00f3tulos&#8221;: o modelo <i>Student<\/i>, treinado apenas com a supervis\u00e3o do <i>Teacher<\/i> (sem humanos), atingiu uma performance praticamente id\u00eantica (<b>diferen\u00e7a de apenas 1,6%<\/b>) \u00e0 de um modelo hipot\u00e9tico treinado com dados perfeitamente rotulados (True Labels).<\/p><p>Um dos autores do artigo intitulado <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/2410.14705\"><strong>&#8220;Optimizing Parking Space Classification: Distilling Ensembles into Lightweight Classifiers&#8221;<\/strong><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0 publicado na ICMLA (IEEE 2024), apresentou um pouco do seu trabalho em v\u00eddeo no canal Bit Por Bit. A primeira rede classifica se uma vaga est\u00e1 ocupada ou vazia, enquanto a segunda, uma rede Siamesa, verifica se o carro estacionado \u00e9 o mesmo em imagens consecutivas. O sistema foi testado em um cen\u00e1rio <i>cross-dataset<\/i>, onde os modelos foram treinados em um conjunto de dados (PKLot) e validados em outro (CNRPark-EXT), sem usar amostras do estacionamento alvo durante o treinamento.<\/span><\/p><p>Os resultados mostraram que, com um classificador perfeito, o sistema atingiu\u00a0<strong>75% de previs\u00f5es precisas<\/strong>, onde o tempo estimado coincidiu exatamente com o tempo real de perman\u00eancia. No caso da <strong>CustomNNSmall<\/strong>, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de par\u00e2metros chegou a <strong>88 vezes<\/strong>, com uma perda de apenas <strong>1,8% de acur\u00e1cia<\/strong>.
